Who runs this

Sylvance (trading name) is operated by Vadym Lazariev, based in Ireland. There is no separate company behind the pilot yet—this is a small, founder-run private beta.

What this is

Sylvance is in private beta. Access is by waitlist, conversation, and manual onboarding—not a public self-serve product. This notice is short and practical; it is not legal advice and does not claim full compliance with any specific law.

Waitlist and demo requests

If you use the form on sylvance.io, we ask for your name, work email, company, and optional notes. We use that only to:

• reply to you and schedule demo or follow-up conversations;
• keep a record of who asked for early access while we run the pilot.

We do not use waitlist data for advertising, and we do not sell contact lists.

If you become a pilot user

If you are invited into the product, we will process additional operational data needed to run the service—such as account details, supplier-related information you or your contacts enter, documents, billing with our payment provider, and service emails. The scope depends on how you use the pilot; we keep processing to what the product actually needs.

Services we use

The product relies on third-party infrastructure, including (as used in the codebase today):

• Supabase — database, authentication, file storage, and server-side functions;
• Stripe — payments and billing where checkout is enabled;
• Resend — transactional email;
• Cloudflare Turnstile — optional CAPTCHA on sign-in / sign-up to reduce abuse.

Those providers process data on their own terms and locations. We do not list every server region here; you can read their privacy notices for detail.

Browser storage

The site and app may store small preferences in your browser (for example language or UI theme, or progress in a multi-step form) using localStorage where needed for basic functionality. We are not running analytics or ad trackers in the product code as of the last review.
